We are confident you will love your products from Blossom's Barn so much, that you will use them up and get some more. But let's be real. Stuff happens. And while we do our BEST to make sure that what goes out our door is in perfect condition, mistakes can happen and we want to bend over backwards to make it right. Customer service is first in our books, so hopefully, you won't need to read any further. But if you do, please make sure you read below. Also, give us a chance to make good, before spreading any negative feedback. Let us take care of you.

Blossom's Barn will give a full 100% refund for any manufacture defect on unopened and unused product. Product must be sent back to Blossom's Barn to receive full refund, including shipping fees and return shipping fees.

If product has been opened but unused, product needs to be sent back to Blossom's Barn to receive a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. Return shipping is not included.

There are no refunds for used product.
